I am a professional football player currently competing in Norway with Kolbotn IL.
Football has been part of my life for more than 21 years, and the last stages of my career have been spent in high-performance environments.Living the demands of training, competition and long-term development from inside the dressing room has shaped the way I understand performance.
My work combines competitive experience with structured psychological skill development. I focus on helping players and clubs strengthen key competencies such as emotional regulation, concentration, communication and motivation within training and competition.
My objective is to support players and clubs in Norway that want to integrate psychological preparation as part of their overall performance and development structure.
